MAUREEN BEYERS

After over three decades of practicing complex, commercial litigation and arbitration in Arizona and New York, Maureen now serves exclusively as an arbitrator in domestic and international disputes in a wide assortment of contract and business tort disputes across many industries. From technology to franchise and everything in between, Maureen is known for her effective and efficient approach to complex arbitration. Maureen is consistently recognized by, among others, Best Lawyers in America for her skills in arbitration (including elected three times as Lawyer of the Year in Arbitration) and has earned a reputation as a go-to arbitrator in business divorce and director and officer liability disputes. Maureen’s vast experience in internal investigations, securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and enforcement proceedings has given her unique skills in managing and resolving financial services and banking industry disputes.

 

Before moving to Arizona in 1995, Maureen was a securities litigation associate at the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Maureen was a partner at Osborn Maledon in Phoenix before starting her own firm with Mike. Maureen maintains an office in New York and Arizona to facilitate her ADR practice.
